Propolis has incredible health benefits, especially for boosting your immune system. It is a sticky, resinous plant material collected by bees to cover their hive to prevent microbes from penetrating. It is very rich in antioxidants and thus effective for infections.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
- 40 drops of propolis
- 2 tablespoons of a Propolis, Royal Jelly, and Raw Honey mix
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Grate the fresh ginger, mix all ingredients in a bowl, and store in the fridge. You may take one tablespoon of this mixture every morning before breakfast.
