Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl
If you already can't wait for summer to come soon enough like us, reminisce those sunny days with this banana-mango smoothie bowl, powered with bee superfoods!
Bee Pollen, as we'd like to call Mother Nature's Original Multivitamin, is considered the richest source of vitamins in a single food and is packed with minerals, protein and antioxidants. Plus it's amazingly versatile to use in the kitchen and is a great way to bring out that extra colour and zing.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mango (frozen, diced)
- 1 medium Banana (frozen, diced)
- 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Toppings:
- 1 medium Banana (sliced)
- 3 tbsp Pineapple chunks
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp Bee pollen
- 1 tbsp Bee&You Royal Jelly + Raw Honey Mix
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and decorate with the toppings and the bee pollen. Bon Appetit!
